- QB Kirk Cousins is expected to report to the team’s mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported Monday. Cousins, who was present for workouts in April but not voluntary offseason team activities in May, is entering the second season of a four-year, $180 million contract. He was benched late last season and is now second string behind Michael Penix Jr.. No trade has materialized and Cousins is due $27.5 million in guaranteed salary this year with a $40 million cap number.

- OL Elgton Jenkins reported to mandatory minicamp on Monday after skipping voluntary workouts amid contract talks, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported. It's unlikely, however, that Jenkins will practice this week. Green Bay's minicamp begins Tuesday.

- RB Nick Chubb passed his physical and has officially signed a one-year, $2.5 million contract with Houston, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. Chubb's deal can be worth up to $5 million, per Rapoport. The team later announced Chubb's signing.

- P Logan Cooke, a 2024 Pro Bowler, signed a four-year contract extension, the team announced. It's a $16 million deal, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported, which makes Cooke the highest-paid punter on an average-per-year basis and total value.
